About UsProviding free, confidential and impartial advice, Citizens Advice Mid Norfolk is proud of its long history and strong local presence. The catchment area spans district boundaries and our working relationship with partners includes County, District, Town and Parish Councils as well as specialist advice agencies, social landlords, foodbanks, the National Lottery and the Ministry of Justice. The comprehensive volunteer recruitment and training programme allows Citizens Advice Mid Norfolk to offer a range of generalist and specialist advice.
We offer advice from three Citizens Advice Offices in Dereham, Watton and Holt, three outreach services in Swaffham, Sheringham and Melton Constable and an outreach service in Wayland Prison. We are constantly looking for new ways of delivering advice and email and Skype have recently been used to complement the traditional telephone and face-to-face methods. In a typical year we would help in excess of 3500 different clients with a range of issues.
Trustees and GovernanceCitizens Advice Mid Norfolk is a registered (1983) charity and company limited by guarantee and as such is required to have a governing Trustee Board. We have seven trustees, each with particular areas of responsibility or interest:
Roger Margand - Chairman
Benjamin Meen - Treasurer

Don Saunders - Fund Raising
Brigitte Morton - Press & Publicity
Trustees and management meet monthly to discuss operational issues and hold the Annual General Meeting in September.
